S.W.’s Verdict
Farhadi builds a domestic argument so precisely that every character is right and every character is wrong and you cannot look away from any of them. No villains, no heroes, just people trapped by pride and circumstance and a legal system that grinds everyone down equally. The structure is airtight. Every scene advances the conflict. By the end you are exhausted in the way only real arguments make you exhausted.
