Zero percent on Rotten Tomatoes and somehow that still feels generous. Eastwood and Stallone wander through a spy thriller that cannot explain its own plot, filmed with the urgency of a screen saver. The action sequences are choreographed like someone described fighting over the phone. Straight to VOD where it belongs.
