S.W.’s Verdict
A teen horror-comedy that wants to be the next Jennifer's Body and lands somewhere in the vicinity of a Hot Topic window display. Newton commits, Sprouse does what he can while playing a mostly non-verbal corpse, and the 80s aesthetic is applied with the subtlety of a neon sledgehammer. Neither funny enough to be a comedy nor dark enough to be horror. Just sort of there.
