S.W.’s Verdict
Jared Leto plays a vampire scientist with the charisma of a damp towel. The film can't decide if it's a horror movie, a superhero origin story, or a pharmaceutical commercial. The CGI bat transformations look like someone fed a PS3 cutscene through a blender. It made just enough money to justify its existence on paper and not a cent more. The internet turned 'It's Morbin' time' into a meme, which is more cultural impact than the film earned on its own merits.
